Selina Huang

Listen, explore, and make magic.

Selina is a Taiwanese-Canadian film composer, arranger, and singer-songwriter. She attended Berklee College of Music on a scholarship, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Scoring with a focus in Electronic Production and Design, and a minor in Conducting. Her work is dedicated to blending her classical roots with contemporary and electronic sounds.

Selina served as the Music Director of the Audire Soundtrack Collective and as President of the World Music Scoring Association, where she helped foster collaboration and community among emerging media composers and musicians.

Her passion for music extends beyond film scoring. From 2018 to 2022, she studied classical voice under the renowned Czech opera singer Jana Jonašová. In 2023, she was selected as a soloist for Berklee a Les Arts: The Kiss, performing at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía opera house in Valencia, Spain.

Through her work, Selina hopes to inspire the next generation of composers, particularly young women, to challenge themselves, pursue their passions, and experiment with music in a global context. Listen, explore, and let's make magic.
